Years ago, I was introduced to UFC Spices Salt by our confinement nanny, and I have been using it since then. Most of time I prep for fried or roast meat dishes at home, I’ll dust a small amount to marinade meat.
As such, each bottle goes a long way and it last me for at least half a year. And surprisingly, this wonderful salt spices only costs SGD 0.85 per bottle.
My nanny got this from “NTUC Extra”. But I find it troublesome since the nearest branch is really not near our place at all. Hence, I directly ordered online from United Foodstuff Co.
Many of my relatives who tasted the dishes I cook using UFC spices salt, has asked for a bottle to add into their pantry. So I would usually order a batch of 20 bottles each time. The latest batch was last year Nov 2017.
Some of my Facebook group members told me they couldn’t find this spice in NTUC’ rack. Later on, I learnt from the supplier that they’ve withdrawn this product from NTUC due to low profit.
However, fret not, you may order from them online if you are interested to try out http://unitedfoodstuff.com.sg/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=4
