- 2 Tbspn Black Sesame Oil
- 3 Chicken Drumsticks or 5 chicken Wings
- 5 Tbspn Light Soy
- 1 Tbspn Dark Soy
- 5 Thinly Sliced Ginger
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- Bunch Sweet Basil Leaves
- 5 Tbspn Chinese Xiaoshing wine
Cut drumsticks into 3 pcs or wings into 2 pcs.
Heat wok over medium heat. Pour in black sesame oil and let heat for 15 seconds. Add in garlic and ginger, stirfry for 30 seconds.
Put in chicken pieces, continue stir fry for another 3 minutes, brown the chicken and becareful not to burn it.
Add in light soy, dark soy and chinese wine into wok.
Turn to low heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat, place basil into wok and give a quick stir. Serve hot with a bowl of fragrant white rice.
