Stirfry ginger with sesame oil until fragrant
Add spring onion , continue to stirfry for another 30 seconds
Add sliced pork, and sauce mixture. Mix well and let sear for 15 seconds. Add in chicken gizzard stir well.
Place in pig’ liver and xiaohsing wine. give it a quick stir. Turn off heat and cover pot for 5 minutes. Let the residual heat to slowly cook the liver, this way, liver will stay juicy, tender and not overcook
