Stir Fry Pork Belly with Bean Sprout RecipePrint This
Stir fry silver fish, taokwa and peanuts with small amount of oil to crisp up. Set aside.
Heat pan with olive oil over medium heat, lightly brown pork belly slices and onion. ( this shall take around 3 to 4 minutes). Add a Sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Once pork belly has lightly browned, add in garlic slices, continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
Place in bean sprouts, red pepper and chicken stock. Turn to high heat ,Toss and stirwell let cook for 1 minutes.
Serve hot with a bowl of fragrant white rice.
