- Half of whole medium sized cabbage, sliced into strips
- 1/8 sesame oil
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- Half tbspn minced garlic
- Half tbspn silver fish
- 1 tspn minced red pepper
- Half cup of julienned red pepper, de seed
- 1 cup of shredded black fungus
- Half tbspn oyster sauce
- 2 tspn light soy sauce
- 1 / 2 fish cake, sliced thinly
Heat both oil in wok, over high heat.
Brown silver fish until crispy.
Add minced and julienned red pepper, and fish cake.
Stir well then let cook for 30 seconds.
Put cabbage , black fungus , oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and garlic into wok.
Continue to stir fry for 30 seconds.
Turn off heat, cover wok for 3 minutes, let the residual heat to further soften cabbage.
