- 150g minced beef ( you may use any other type meat)
- 1 tspn butter
- Half tbspn olive oil
- 1 tbspn light soy sauce / teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbspn hon mirin
- Half tbspn cooking sake
- 1 tspn minced garlic
- 1 tspn minced ginger
- 1 tspn sugar
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten, added with half tspn salt and 2 dashes white pepper
Melt butter on pan over medium heat, add onion and sugar, let cook for 2 minutes. (You may cook longer if you prefer caramelized onion)
Add ginger, minced beef and garlic. Sear meat till lightly brown
Add soy or teriyaki sauce, mirin and sake. Turn heat to low and let cook for another 30 seconds. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in another small pan over medium heat. Scoop in cooked beef and add eggs, let fry until eggs reached desired texture.
Serve hot on top of rice.
