Salted egg prawn RecipePrint This
- 6 Prawns deveined with shells on
- 3 mashed Salted duck eggs yolk
- Curry Leaves
- Half tablespoon Butter
- 1 Bird Eyes Chillies finely chopped
Deep fry prawns with sprinkle of salt before hand. Set aside
Heat butter in wok with medium heat, add birdeyes chillies and curry leaves. Stir for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Put in egg yolks and continue to stir, once it bubbles up, turn heat off and add in prawns. Quick toss for a few seconds.
