Thai sauce on crispy taokwa

Ingredients

Shred all veges and coarsely chop basil leaves

Prepare sauce and set aside , Pan fry taokwa till crispy.

Arrange taokwa on plate, top with shredded veges and basil leaves, pour sauce over. Serve as salad or hot with rice

Instructions

  • 1. Mix sauce and set aside
  • 2. Pan fry taokwa until crispy over medium heat with olive oil/ Airfry taokwa ( coat only with salt) 200 degree for 8 minutes or until golden brown
  • 3. Cut taokwa into cubes, arrange nicely on plate, sprinkle all shredded fresh vegetables on top
  • 4. Pour sauce onto taokwa and vegetables, serve as warm salad or hot with rice
