Tender juicy rib with pepper soup

Instructions

  • 1. Bring 2 pots of water to boil, (one with 1000ml for the soup), Blanch ribs in the hot water for 2 minutes then sieve and immediately transfer ribs into the boiling 1000ml water
  • 2. Add in garlics
  • 3. Cover pot, turn heat to low and let simmer for 45 minutes
  • 4. Add in pepper spices pack and continue simmer for another 15 minutes
  • 5. In the end of cooking, add in pacific clam liquid
  • 6. 30seconds Prior to serving, add in the pacific clams and lettuce for a quick blanch
  • 7. Serve hot with fragrant rice
