Taro rice (Yam rice)
Ingredient : Roasted duck meat (you may use any meat of your preference)
Ingredients: Soaked mushrooms, Yam, chinese ham, chinese wine sausage, nutmeg, seasoning sauce, garlic, shallots, spring onions, soaked dried shrimps, washed rice grain
Heat sesame oil on wok over medium heat, sear sausage and ham until fragrant
Add in roasted duck meat and bones, continue sear for 2 minutes
Sprinkle nutmeg, and continue cook for another 30seconds
Place in mushroom and yam
Follow with garlic, soaked dried shrimps, spring onion and shallots, stir fry for 2 minutes
Mix in the seasoning sauce, stir well
Put in washed rice grain, stir fry for 3 minutes
Transfer cooked ingredients into deep pot and add water enough for all ingredients to immersed into.
Bring to boil then cover pot and simmer over very low heat for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
For easier time control, you may use electric rice cooker. Serve with garnish
