Stirfry innards with wine
Stirfry sliced ginger with sesame oil until fragrant
Add in spring onion continue to stirfry for another 30 seconds
Add sliced pork, and sauce mixture. Mix well and let sear for 15 seconds. Add in chicken gizzard stir well.
Place in pig’ liver and xiaohsing wine. Turn off heat and cover pot for 5 minutes. Let the heat inside pot slowly cook the liver, this way liver will stay juicy and tender and not overcook
Serve hot with fragrant rice
