Instructions

  • 1. Heat sesame oil in pan over medium heat
  • 2. Brown ginger for 2 minutes and then add spring onion, continue to brown for another 1 minute
  • 3. Place in pork slices, and xiao hsing wine, give it a quick stir
  • 4. Then pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes. (More time is required if the pork is sliced thicker)
