Stir fried roast pork with vegetables

Instructions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in pan over high heat, pan fry salted taokwa until golden brown, sieve and set aside
  • 2. Using same pan, discard the used oil, then brown leek and spring onion until fragrant
  • 3. Add in roast pork and minced garlic, give it a toss and sear for 30 seconds
  • 4. Pour in hsiao xing wine, stir well
  • 5. Add in chillies, peanuts and anchovies, stir fry for 30seconds then add in seasoning
  • 6. Stir quickly and pour in 2 tbspn of water
  • 7. Turn off heat and toss in fried taokwa
  • 8. Serve with rice
