Stir fried mushrooms in ginger wine chicken stock

Instructions

  • 1. Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a pan over high heat
  • 2. Toss in julienned ginger. Let it brown
  • 3. Place in all mushrooms, stir gently and well for 30 seconds
  • 4. Pour in ginger wine. Stir well
  • 5. Add in minced garlic. Stir fry for 1 minute
  • 6. Pour in chicken stock. Bring to boil
  • 7. Scoop out mushrooms, leaving the gravy to continue reduce over medium heat, until reach desired consistency
  • 8. Add in oyster sauce into the reduced gravy
  • 9. Pour onto mushrooms Serve hot with rice
