Ingredients : Half of a big whole wongbok, marinated minced pork ( with 1tspn oyster sauce,2 tspn soy sauce,2 dashes white pepper, half tspn black sesame oil) , 1 tbspn minced garlic, spring onions, red chillies, sliced ginger, corn and carrot

Light soy, oyster sauce and black sesame oil

Heat half tspn black sesame oil and 1 tbspn olive oil in a wok over medium heat

Brown ginger and spring onion for 1 minute or until fragrant

Add corn and carrot, quick stir

Place in marinated pork and minced ginger, stir fry for 30 seconds, then add 1 tbspn water

Put in wongbok and red chillies, turn heat to high, stir fry for 1 minute

Pour in 50ml chicken stock, quick mix, then cover pot, turn heat to low and let simmer until soft. The vegetable will sweat as it cook, therefore do ensure not to put in too much stock or water during cooking
