Stirfried cellophane noodles with fermented namyu beancurd

Ingredients needed

Stir fry minced garlic with mushrooms until fragrant

Add all vegetables and continue stirfry

Place in namyu beancurd with its liquid, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Soak cellophane noodles for 15 minutes before cooking. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat
  • 2. Stir fry cabbage with minced garlic for 3 minutes, then add mushrooms and black fungus continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes
  • 3. Place in namyu beancurd and its liquid, salt and pepper to taste,stir well
  • 4. Add in cellophane noodles, turn heat to low, mix well, turn off heat, cover pot and let sweat for 5 minutes before serving
