Instructions

  • 1. Fill chicken cavity with 4 red dates, 6 garlic cloves, 1 sachet ginseng, half cup glutionous rice(its ok it cant put in all, leave some inside the pot)
  • 2. Seal cavity using toothpick or by simply cut a small incision at one of the side of cavity, then loop it over its leg
  • 3. Place it inside deep pot with stock, add the rest red dates, garlics, ginseng sachets, glutinous rice
  • 4. Pour in water. Cover and Bring to boil
  • 5. Set pressure cooker to 40minutes
  • 6. Salt to taste, serve hot with rice
