Prawn Aglio Olio Linguine

Instructions

  • 1. Bring pot of water to boil. Sprinkle sea salt and some oil into boiling water. Add pasta. Cook till al-dente. Drain and set aside. Keep 2 tablespoon of pasta water.
  • 2. Heat pan with olive oil, brown garlic using medium heat. Add in pepper flakes or fresh red pepper. In the prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add in pasta with it's water and stir fry for another 1 minute.
  • 4. Garnish with cheese and serve hot
