Instructions

  • 1. Deep fry wings until golden brown. Set aside. ( I used Philips airfry preheating it at 200°c for 3 minutes and airfry wings for 12 minutes.
  • 2. Meanwhile, heat sauce pan with sesame oil over medium heat, and stir fry garlic and ginger until lightly browned
  • 3. Pour in sauce mixture, stir well, turn heat to low and let simmer for 3 minutes. Sauce will reduce to desired thickness to coat fried wings. Set aside.
  • 4. When wings are ready, add them into sauce and gently mix.
  • 5. Serve hot.
