Namyu and shrimp sauce chicken wings (fermented red beancurds)

  • 1. Marinade chicken wings with all ingredients above for at least 1 night best 2, inside fridge
  • 2. Preheat airfryer or oven at 200°c for 3 minutes.
  • 3. Place marinated chicken wings into airfryer and set time 10 minutes with same temperature throughout. Turn sides after 5 minutes. Check occasionally for burns. Then turn off airfryer keep chick wings inside to further cook by the heat for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot as snacks or with rice
