Mustard vegetables soup



Ingredients needed : Roasted Duck bones, necks , head and beak, roasted pork belly, ripe tomatoes, mustard vegetables and soft beancurd



Bring ingredients to boil in water with deep pot over high heat for 10 minutes, and simmer for 45 minutes. Add in beancurd at the end of cooking.

  • 1. Bring water, bones and meats to boil in a deep pot over high heat for 5 minutes
  • 2. Add mustard vegetables and tomatoes, let boil for another 5 minutes
  • 3. Turn heat to low, cover pot and let simmer for 45 minutes
  • 4. Place in cut beancurd, turn off heat, cover pot for 10 minutes before serving
  • 5. Serve hot with fragrant rice
