Instructions

  • 1. Wash grain and drain out the water (using rice cooker)
  • 2. Pour in one can of abalone or pacific clams liquid, add in chicken stock if liquid isnt enough
  • 3. Add in all other ingredients into the rice cooker, mix well with the grain
  • 4. Turn on the timing according to your own rice cooker settings to cook the rice.
  • 5. Once done cooking, fluff the rice with wooden spatula or chopsticks, toss in those pacific clams, cover pot for 30 seconds. serve hot.
