Kimchi soup with pork

Instructions

  • 1. Marinate pork with marinade sauce for 5 minutes
  • 2. Heat sesame oil and olive oil inside deep pot over high heat.
  • 3. Add in marinated pork and minced garlic, let seat for 1 minute. Place in bird eye chilly, spring onion, kimchi, it's liquid and mushroom. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in water and chicken cube, bring it to a boil.
  • 5. Add in tofu and cellophane noodle, turn heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off heat, add in butter for a rich soft texture. Serve hot with rice
