Soak vegetables in hot boiled water for 10minutes

Bring lemon juice and water to boil, add minced garlic

Turn heat to low, melt butter slowly

Turn off heat and sprinkle basil into sauce, mix well

Ladle sauce onto salmon and vegetables, serve hot

Instructions

  • 1. Soak vegetables in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside
  • 2. Drizzle olive oil onto salmon and Grill salmon in airfryer or oven at 200 degree celcius for 7 minutes
  • 3. Meanwhile cook sauce, heat pan over medium heat, bring lemon juice and water to boil, add in minced garlic, let reduce by half then add in salt, and butter. Turn heat to low, let butter slowly incorporate into sauce.
  • 4. Add cheddar cheese and white pepper, once cheese has melted, turn off heat and sprinkle basil into mixture. Mix well
  • 5. Ladle sauce on top salmon and vegetables. Serve hot
