Ingredients for creamy mushroom sauce
Heat 1 tbspn olive oil and few cube butter on a steamy hot pan, over medium low heat
Toss in cut mushroom, let it cook and shrink, once it is relaxed, it’s juice will come out to add in flavor into the sauce
Sprinkle 1 tspn thyme, continue stir fry
Once you smell that fragrance of thyme, Pour in cognac, away from heat , deglaze it
Add in garlic and continue to brown till fragrant
Pour in cream and mix well, let simmer for another 30seconds
Serve Creamy mushroom sauce on top of steak or pasta.
