Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat
  • 2. Brown gigner and shallots for 1 min
  • 3. Add chinese sausage and minced garlic. Let sear for 30 seconds
  • 4. Place in chicken pcs, continue sear for 5 minutes
  • 5. In a heated claypot with oil, stir fry washed grain for 1 minute over medium heat
  • 6. Pour in chicken stock and bring to boil
  • 7. Turn heat to low and simmer for 20 mins occasionally stir the cooking rice to avoid burning.
  • 8. Add in stirfried ingredients into claypot, cover and let cook for another 10 minutes
  • 9. Garnish with fried shallots and spring onion
  • 10. Serve hot
