Ingredients : Chicken pieces, black fungus, wolfberries, Angelica roots, salt, pepper, Chinese Xiao hsing wine

  • 1. Marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper for 30minutes prior to cooking
  • 2. Pour in soaked wolfberries along with the wine
  • 3. Place black fungus and dang gui (Angelica roots) and mix all ingredients together
  • 4. Put into heated steamer, and steam for 8 minutes
  • 5. Serve hot with rice
