Instructions

  • 1. Place all ingredients into pressure cooker
  • 2. Add 1500 ml water or up to the pressure cooker' 2/3 limit
  • 3. Bring to boil
  • 4. Turn heat to low and Pressure cook for 90 minutes
  • 5. Turn off heat, do not open lid, wait for 30 minutes
  • 6. Open lid, salt and pepper to taste. May also add in fish sauce
  • 7. Serve as soup base for noodles or drink as it is
  • 8. After it's cooled down, keep in jar inside fridge for 3 to 4 days or freezer for up to a month
