3 eggs spinach soup



Ingredients in this recipe



Bring broth with spinach to boil, then add fried shallots, fried anchovies, century eggs and salted eggs.

Let simmer for 2 minutes



Add in marinated pork slices. Let simmer for another 3 minutes.

Drizzle sesame oil, and a few dashes white ground pepper.



Serve hot with rice

  • 1. Marinade meat for 10 minutes prior to cooking
  • 2. Bring chicken stock, water and spinach to boil in a deep pot over high heat
  • 3. Add in fried shallots,fried anchovies, century eggs and salted eggs slices into broth. Turn heat to slow and Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Put in marinated pork slices, and continue simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • 5. Drizzle sesame oil, and dashes of white ground pepper. Dish and serve hot
