Prawn Aglio Olio Linguine RecipePrint This
- Half tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
- Pasta Linguine
- Fresh red pepper / Red pepper flakes
- 4 Prawns
- sea salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
Bring pot of water to boil. Sprinkle sea salt and some oil into boiling water. Add pasta. Cook till al-dente. Drain and set aside. Keep 2 tablespoon of pasta water.
Heat pan with olive oil, brown garlic using medium heat. Add in pepper flakes or fresh red pepper. In the prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add in pasta with it’s water and stir fry for another 1 minute.
Garnish with cheese and serve hot
