Namyu and shrimp sauce chicken wings (fermented red beancurds) RecipePrint This
- 2 cubes red fermented beancurd with 2 tbspn of it’s liquid
- Half tspn salt
- 3 dashes white pepper
- 1/8 tspn sesame oil
- 1 tbspn xiao hsing wine
- 4 medium size chicken wings
- 1 tspn shrimp sauce (hae-ko)
Marinade chicken wings with all ingredients above for at least 1 night best 2, inside fridge
Preheat airfryer or oven at 200°c for 3 minutes.
Place marinated chicken wings into airfryer and set time 10 minutes with same temperature throughout. Turn sides after 5 minutes. Check occasionally for burns. Then turn off airfryer keep chick wings inside to further cook by the heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot as snacks or with rice
