Marinade minced pork for 10 minutes.
Whisk egg and water in a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Mixed egg mixture with minced pork. Add in salted egg yolk. Mix well.
Meanwhile preheat steamer. Pour mixture into a flat plate or casserole plate. Using high heat, steam mixture for 3 minutes. Then turn heat to low and slowly steam for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot with bowl of rice
