Grilled salmon in lemon butter sauce RecipePrint This
- 2 slice salmon, sprinkled with salt and pepper
- Handful of broccoli and bunashimeiji, coated with 1 tbspn olive oil and soaked in boiling hot water for 10minutes
- Half of Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 20ml water
- Half tspn salt
- Half tbspn minced garlic
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tbspn basil
- Half tspn white pepper
- 2 tbspn butter
Soak vegetables in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside
Drizzle olive oil onto salmon and Grill salmon in airfryer or oven at 200 degree celcius for 7 minutes
Meanhwile, let’s cook the sauce, heat pan over medium heat.
Bring lemon juice and water to boil, add in minced garlic.
Let it reduce by half then add in salt, and butter. Turn heat to low, let butter slowly incorporate into sauce.
Add cheddar cheese and white pepper,
once cheese has melted, turn off heat and sprinkle basil into mixture. Mix well
Ladle sauce on top salmon and vegetables. Serve hot
