Brown fish bones ,old ginger and spring onion with a tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Add in a teaspoon of huatiao
Pour in 500ml water , bring to boil
Add in half chicken stock cube
Turn off heat and place in fish, prawns, tofu, and xiaobai. Make sure all ingredients immersed into hot boiled soup
Sprinkle a few dashes of white pepper
Immediately cover pot for 10 minutes prior to serving.
