Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat
Add in butter and let melt (watch out not to burn it)
Toss in curry leaves and chopped chillies, stir fry for 1 minute until butter is bubbling
Immediately place in prawns, let sear each side for 30 seconds.
Turn off heat, discard extra liquid inside pan (the drier it is the crispier cereal would be)
Add in cereal and give it a quick toss.
Serve hot with fragrant rice.
