Mix washed rice, chicken stock, water, abalone liquid, dried scallops,in a deep pot.
Bring to boil
Turn to low heat, simmer for 40 minutes.
Add water when necessary, ensure it doesn’t dries out.
Place in whole drumsticks, making sure it fully immersed into porridge.
Continue simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat, and cover pot for 20 minutes.
Dish out drumsticks from porridge, slice and put aside.
Bring to boil the pot of porridge, put in sliced abalone then turn off heat immediately, cover pot for 1 minute and serve hot with sliced drumsticks and preferred garnishes.
