Air fried tofu stuffed with minced meat RecipePrint This
100g minced meat marinade with:
- 2 tspn oyster sauce
- 3 dashes white pepper
- half tspn salt
- half tspn sesame oil
- 10 ml chicken stock
Ingredients to mix into marinated meat:
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tspn chopped spring onion
- 2 tspn minced ginger
- Other ingredients:
- Few slices of carrot
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 tspn spring onion, chopped, for garnishing
- 1 red chilly, deseed and thinly sliced
- 1 tspn minced garlic
Marinade meat for 5 minutes, make a cavity in centre of tofu, and used the tofu to mix into minced meat with mushrooms and minced ginger.
Air fried tofu in Philips air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 Degree celcius with small amount of olive oil.
Meanwhile stir fry sliced carrots and sliced mushrooms with olive oil in a wok over high heat
Add minced garlic and chillies, continue to stir fry for another 1 minute.
Add in marinated minced meat mixtures into wok and sear for 2 minutes.
Add in 50ml water and let simmer for 30 seconds. Pour in cornstarch mixture. Slowly stir in eggs.
Ladle cooked gravy and meat into tofu’ cavity and it’s side
Garnish with spring onions, fried shallots and chillies. Serve hot with rice
